I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters of Arts Degree in Counselling from the City University of Seattle. I am originally from Alberta and now call British Columbia my home. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, “in good standing” with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (Member # 11835).

My personal approach is characterized by sincerity and respect and I am very passionate about the counselling profession as well as my community. I strive to help clients effectively address challenges and struggles that they are facing. I offer a personalized approach in working with each unique client that focuses on fostering resiliency and developing growth. I deeply respect and value clients determination to work towards change and admire the courage that one must possess to begin therapy and initiate personal enrichment.
